Grown out of Leysen Wood Trading and Van Vaek Meubelen, Bosq represents over 100 years of experience in the wood industry. By combining craftsmanship, knowledge of materials and a sense of new developments, Bosq finds the right solutions for your project.
Our mission
Durable
Veneer is the most ecological way to process the tree trunk but Bosq is also committed to the recovery and upgrading of certain types of wood. Wood species that were previously regarded as inferior are used and processed into a qualitative raw material. Briccole de Venise, the iconic mooring posts from the lagoon in Venice, showing small flaws and imperfections and undergoing the effects of salt water, algae and molluscs. At Bosq we believe that these scars contribute to the unique character of the wood. How recycled wood can be very exclusive. Love Wood!
Innovative
Even after the tree has been felled, wood remains subject to treatment and processing. At Bosq we not only know the technical properties of wood, we also master the techniques to optimally process each type of wood into a semi finished product. Color an typical wood problems are solved with natural solutions. We like to think of new directions and applications and use the best, most- ecological ways to use ALL of the material of a tree.
